Missed weekly weigh-in yesterday traveling. I felt I did okay over the Thanksgiving weekend. Allowed myself some of my favorites and wine, but I didn't go too overboard. Even though I was down a little before the weekend I'm fine with no change.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
