Well dang, knew I screwed up - had avoided the scales and yeppers, I'm way up again! Oh well, back to induction officially on Monday - I need to go pull out some recipes and go shopping. At least this time I have a friend at work who's going to start the program with me next week.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
