23.1% grasa, 56.1%,agua , 72.2lbs masa magra, logre bajar 4.2 lbs en una semana, cortar postre a uno por semana, ejercicios 3 veces 2 pesas y uno cardio con springs, mindfullness eating one plate and smart snack at night, meditation, entretener en hacer otra cosa en trabajo y casa e iglesia que comer, aguartarme en un plato, mas salad, y de noche es mas dificil, cena me da hambre y los snacks me quedo mas despierto noche hasta 10:30p. desperte el deseo dulce en Dorothy Lane. mas edad.
