I gained a couple of pounds being at the lake for 10 days but have lost them, my weight has not changed since my last weigh in. I will be away and not able to log into Fat secret for 10 days. Leaving August 26 returning September 4
183.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
