Went up more than I ever dropped in a week 🤷🏾‍♀️food,periods one of the two is to be blamed 😂🤣. Ooh well let’s hope I drop this week.
136.5 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
