I'm quite happy that even though I wasn't home for a week, ate out a fair amount, didn't get to exercise as much as I would have liked, and threw a b-day party for my son, I managed to not put on a pound or 2 like I would have in the past!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
