Felt really good at the gym today – managed my 5k run in 27:31 and did pretty well with the chin-ups too! Continue to be stressed at work, but with any luck things are starting to come together. Tonight I get a break from work and the Mother-in-law and get to spend an evening with friends – which I am really looking forward to.

WOW - you ran your 5K faster than the other day, right? great - you are one of my inspirations because not only have you done well losing but you are maintaining! I have been a good "loser" in the past, but not as good at maintaining. Thanks for being a good model to follow!

Yep - bit faster! Thanks HCB -- appreciate all the support!
