Got a trail jog in and it felt great! The C-WW diet in full effect yesterday too. mmm hmmmmm.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hehe. Went running, wanted to wake up lighter, so I just had a shake n berries for dinner, threw in a red wine, decided to go out for a drink and had 2 jameson on the rocks at a somewhat local lounge where I almost popped one of my "best friends" in the face for being an A-hole. haha, and that was just thursday, imagine tonight!

I'm just happy today is my first real friday in over 3 weeks! I'm sleeping in until noon tomorrow. That is my ONLY set plan for the weekend! :D

What's the C-WW diet? No carbs, no cardio? Glad you got an easy trail run in - so calf muscle is better? How about the shoulder? I bet you feel no pain on the wine, Jameson treatment plan.
