I knew I hadn't lost much... I actually thought I had gained. Well it seems that I have to stop over eating my calories and increase my work out regiment and heart rate. Thanks all for your support.


307.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
