I'm so proud of myself. Exactly 25 lbs down in less than 7 weeks!!! I leave for vacation tomorrow, to Belize. I'm going to try really hard not to gain too much while I'm there. See you all when I get back on the 8th :)
190.5 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

@carmenchu08, from July 9 - Aug 20, I was doing PSMF (Protein Sparing Modified Fast). On Aug 20, I started Keto & Intermittent fasting. I fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours. I fast from 6pm-10am. I take Alive multi-vitamins and extra calcium/magnesium supplement. When feel extra sluggish, I'll take a small amount of potassium chloride (16th of a teaspoon, powder form). This entire time, I have only worked out once. So, working out is not necessary on this diet, because of the calorie restriction. Feel free to take a look at my food history :)

This week, I think you and I are basically doing the same diet. I am getting my fat, protein, and carbs from drinking protein drinks in heavy cream. However, the macros are about the same. The daily calories are also about the same. But, I think that is a 'result of' achieving those macros, rather than a 'requirement' for the diet to work. Meaning, unless we ate huge steaks all day, I don't think we could achieve these macros with more than 1,000 calories. However, there is the Carnivore Diet...

@carmenchu08 I do not count calories on this diet. I just keep my fat percentage higher than my protein and my carb under 20 grams.
