After a very active set. Walked, often quickly, at least 8 hours solid of the 12 the first 3 nights, and probably 3 (regular/slow walking) the last night. I know that would not have burned that much fat, but I could feel the difference in my clothes by the 3rd night. I like moving more, and even though there are fewer transferable skills in the more active work, was really worried about the way I was gaining weight when they put me in sedentary positions where I was basically trapped in a small area and could not move around.
