Annual physical, Dr office weight. Gotta watch the carbs again. A1c back up to 5.9. Need more salt too - in the blood work my salts were on the low end, which is due to drinking so much water, especially at work. They salt the food heavily to compensate for our perspiration, and I take at least one electrolyte packet a night, but think I will need to bump that to 2. Fats are high, but once again the good fat ratio is so far above the sticky fats that it is not seen as a problem. Triglycerides though, are higher than we like. Again, ditch the carbs to a lower level, and the sugars will straighten out and that should drop again as it does when I am actually following a keto or very near keto diet.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
