I had an Arby's sandwich yesterday. Gluten. My mortal enemy. lol. I'm working on giving it up again. I was good for 5 days, then while running around, I got hungry and gave in. Lesson learned!!

I love their Rueben and they will make all their sandwiches without the bread, just in case you might pop in again. there is a build a meal site for arby's too that will give you the breakdown without the bread or any other part you don't want in the sandwich or other meal.

Next time, try ordering the 2 for 1 and a side salad, then throw the buns away. Works for me with the grilled chicken sandwiches they serve.

it gets easier to be gluten free after awhile. You mentally weigh the cost to be worse than the pleasure. That's not too say it is easy tho. I've been almost completely GF (one tiny wafer every Sunday - made a diff) since late May of 2017, and completely GF since the following May. You can do it. Just throw away the bun or order without.

A restaurant featuring 7 or more dishes at 10 carbs or less would sure be welcome where I live. It's a struggle to pick a place to eat out anymore with everyone on a different diet. Most now list calories but never carbs.
