did 45 min of stationary bike! (did like an interval kind of exercise - fast/slow/fast/slow/fast . . .sure did make me sweat!!)

270.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
