still sick. still staying in ketosis. eggs are about all I can muster for the most part. bf make ketosis pizzas last night. the dough was kinda like a flat bread and it stayed down well enough. just ate a bit at a time. had a mini ice cream bar just to feel the cold sooth my throat. it was still within my carb intake so hurray! might go to ER today and got my chest checked out for pneumonia..
263.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
