just broke up with my boyfriend... my life has been a rollercoaster ride since May. *sigh* I just wish I hadn't let myself "emotion eat" because it's going to take hard work and renewed dedication to pull this wieght off.
232.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
