I guess in the weight-loss world less is more. I have been killing myself over last 5 days only to get sub-par results. So in 2 days it will go back to what I have been doing prior months and drop cardio.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 136.7 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
