Well. It’s been a week of f’ups. Usually eat great from 6:00 am to 8:00pm. Then turn into Hungry Hyde after 8:00. Well holidays are over. I won’t jump on a scale until Friday and use my avoidance skill to believe I’m still 261.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
