There have been so many things going on the past two weeks that I haven't been able to fully do the Phase 1 of SB. My husbands birthday we had a bottle of red wine..a no no on P1. This weekend is Memorial Day Weekend and we are having a BBQ. I probably will have a couple drinks but will plan ahead for healthy eating options. Right now, I pretty much eat the same thing every day. Everything is SB approved for P1 except the wine. I've had a little bit of rice but could do with out. Today I plan on eating no starches whatsoever. Fingers crossed i don't slip up! It's very important for me to lose the weight that I have gained. I'm happier when I'm skinnier
