oncei found out i was pregnant i started eating EVERYTHING at any hour. feeling and looking horrible. want to gain healthy weight, for myself and the baby without feeling miserable or getting sick
148.5 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

I second that! I have had three children and gained 70 lbs with each. Now my husband and I are trying to have a fourth and I am concerned that I will repeat those bad habits. What's the secret? Maybe just reminding yourself everyday that feeling good about yourself and keeping healthy are better than rewarding those cravings... Good luck! You'll do it.
