Started Keto July 19 (Day 15 today). Following it fairly strict. Going to the gym 4 to 5 days a week. No movement in scale?? That’s seems odd.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The diet keto won’t specifically make you lose weight. What makes you lose weight, is calories in vs calories out. So if you’re looking to lose weight, you must b in a calorie deficit. This specific diet wont do anything if you are not in a calorie deficit. But maybe you are loosing weight and sometimes the scale doesn’t show it

Sometimes exercising can make you weight more. Focus on the inches and in feeling better

I agree with Cal IN vs Cal OUT, Keto should have you seeing results in measurements (size) if not in weight. Also make sure you aren't overdoing it on protein, as this will stall your entry into ketosis. Ok. Thanks gang. All my life I’ve been a calorie counter. It’s very weird for me to eat this much “fat”. I’m going to check out the calculator
