Hopefully I headed back in the right direction. I filled my Nalgene bottle four times yesterday for at least 128 ounces in water. I know water makes a difference. .
325.1 lb Lost so far: 25.9 lb.    Still to go: 115.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
