Day 8 if Keto I think. Feeling good today. Had a slip yesterday with a cup of homemade rhubarb crumble and frozen yogurt. Just before bed to dang it.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
