Well you don't have a lot to lose so maybe you can just make some changes to help you lose a pound a week. Maybe try to stick to your plan from Monday through Friday, then giving yourself some leeway on the weekends. It's hard in the summer with so many BBQ's and parties going on. Increase your fruits and veggies because they are abundant in summer. Get in movement and exercise where you can. If you stay active on the weekends, the foods you eat will balance out. Good luck!
