Went for a gym class yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised at how fit I now am. I have never been so happy doing a class. Will try to put in more cardio work.
210.8 lb Lost so far: 129.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
