I REALLY let myself go the psat couple of weeks. This includes the weekdays as well as the weekends. I am so upset about my poor progress, feel helpless, and as though I will never get down to where I want to be. I feel absolutely disguisting and do not even want to go out in public. On a positive note, even though I ate a little more than I would have liked before bed yesterday I did not binge, which I suppose is progress.

132.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
