This is the lowest weight i've seen since i quit smoking in early 2008. Go me!!
As for my clothes fit challenge, my 'fat pants' are no longer wearable, just not flattering at all. :P
146.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 May 2010:
1145 kcal Fat: 43.63g | Prot: 73.92g | Carb: 120.29g.   Breakfast: 12 oz coke, orowheat whole wheat bread, large egg. Lunch: soy sauce, BBQ sauce, bell pepper, flat iron. Dinner: greek vinaigrette, oven roasted diced chicken breast, bell pepper, cucumber, green onion, green leaf lettuce. Snacks/Other: Kashi TLC granola bar, yoplait light. more...
