I've got to get back on track. I've been working out, but not recording food, which goes to show that I have to write down what I eat so I am aware of the calories I consume.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
