Well, tomorrow is my weigh-in date and yes, I am nervous! I've been enjoying LCHF meals without paying attention to portion size. I fear, by not doing that I may have overindulged. if the scale say I have, well I'll just pay that much closer attention, for the next two weeks. I'm pretty good about being close to my calorie intake, macros, and carb intake. so as long as I keep that in my head a slip now and then is not a catastrophe! I just have to continue to praise myself for the amount of weight that I have already lost as well as inches. note to self, don't be too hard on yourself the journey still continues.
