And I thought that I burned 1200 cal easily yesterday, given that I worked out for longer than 15 minutes in the weight room and went for a walk around the lake with my friend, but I guess we go up and down every day. Hopefully this is just temporary.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
