Had dr. appointment last night to go over my blood work. He described my liver and kidneys as beautiful. My glucose was 84 down from 111. My cholesterol was down to 131 from 174! He said "wow you're body must really love keto!" I was a very happy camper last night.
188.1 lb Lost so far: 8.9 lb.    Still to go: 53.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
