hi fs buddies. I hope all is well and hope your enjoying the summer. between coaching ball, building a cottage, kids and work, i haven't been online much. But i am happy to report I am maintaining my weight and reasonably healthy eating. I also took up Yoga five weeks ago and I am really enjoying it, including the meditation involved with it. Hope you enjoying your summer, i'm gearing up to reduce my DCI soon and lose another ten pounds. Probably start on September 1.
228.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
