OK..I admit. I havent been following quite well. Walked outside yesterday, cleaned the backyard, cooked burgers (EEK) and ate too much. Eating a salad now. Going to walk later. Back on and headstrong.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
