Starting the SB diet today. Hopefully I will be able to stick with it. I've been wanting to lose the baby weight for sometime now and have found it difficult to get motivated. The Dr has put me on a diet of mostly veggies, which i don't care to much for. Lets see how I do!
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
