Up unfortunately.... but not nearly as bad as I had expected. The last three weeks have been with operation on my foot, feeling ill and a bit depressed. Not being able to get to the gym n yoga class.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 81.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
