Right now I am off Phase 1 and going on Phase 2. ( Easter) I have been making easter eggs with my daughter and been real good no ttasting anything.. Anyway Next week will go back on Phase 1 as I need to get to 150!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.6 lb a week

hard boiled eggs are fine on both phase 1 and phase 2. Devile eggs or egg salad is good too if you stay within the limits allowed. I love deviled eggs!

well these were no hard boiled egges !! this was the good stuff peanut butter & marshmellow cream coated in milk chocolate. Its a good thing I went off Phase 1. I would have kicked my self on Sunday.. when we have family over and all the good stuff. But I have a plan I will fill up on clear soup before lunch.. then will be too full to eat too much.. but on Monday I am back on South beach.. so here I come.
