yes finally managed to get back into the jeans I brought before becoming pregnant and having my 3rd precious little girl I'm well chuffed
154.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1673 kcal Fat: 85.38g | Prot: 90.81g | Carb: 140.83g.   Breakfast: Honey, Nut Mixture with Dried Fruit and Seeds, Walnuts, Pecans, Almonds, Quaker 100% Wholegrain Rolled Oats. Lunch: Spinach, Olive Oil, Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Breast Meat (Fried, Cooked), Egg Omelette. Dinner: Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes, Yellow Sweet Corn, Red Onions, Lettuce, Minced Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat). Snacks/Other: Yoplait Wildlife Choobs, Belvita Breakfast Breakfast Biscuits. more...
