Maybe it was the avocado eggrolls? Hah! Any which way, it's time to get rid of 2-3 more of the 8 lbs that creeped up on me last week. Have you found your body's workout makes you sweat like crazy? The workout that makes you wor so hard you almost run out of breath and nearly cramp your whole midesction? And maybe you want more and you dig as deep as you can but can't pull out anymore because you deplete your energy stores almost completely? That's intensity and dedication right there! Find it and your body will love you for it and respond accordingly.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OK, gonna pull the mom card here... or you could put some more REAL food in your diet lol! Take a cooking class, good place to meet chicks too!Hell if you look at mine there's actually very little cooking. Guess you're gonna have to go full steam! I'm definitely feeling better. Making my make up appt at the gym with a trainer tonight. Need the strength training. Plus since I'm not ready for that Sat am TRX I'm going to start a conditioning class on Mondays until they add a beginner TRX in the evening. Too bad it's all ZUMBA and not alot of other classes. I want the total body conditioning and cardio kick and both are Monday nights. That SUCKS!

OK whatever, mom. haha. You'll hear that soon enough from your kids. The avocado rolls werent actually that bad. Only had one and the guts of another one. I think it was the spinach and artichoke's chips that did me in. mmmmmm. it was so effin good. Probably would've been even worse if I hadnt did an abs/back/bis workout after I got home! Glad you're feeling better! It's good you have a good plan of attack going. Get soooome!! If you can't go to the gym for some reason, just bust out burpees. I know everyone hates them, but damn, what a great workout when you're in a pinch!

Soon enough??? He's almost 11, hear it all the time and the 4 1/2 year old is starting too. No I'm going...bag is in the car! NO BURPEES!! I go a few and then something else, then a few more etc... that's about it. You skimmed right over the chick comment lol, come on it's be fun! Spinach Artichoke dip.....YUM!!!!

Oooh ya. That would be ideal. I wouldn't want to have to do the cooking all the time! But a class focussing on proper use of spices for flavor would be really cool. I'm somewhat clueless when it comes to effective seasoning.

Sweet. I have both in my cupboard. I also tend to use garlic powder a lot.

I like the intensity and dedication part of your post! In seriousness, that is me most of the time. Yesterday for the first time, I did my JIllian Michaels 45 min circuit training DVD with with the 30 min cardio kickbox DVD as the warm-up! I sweat buckets...and the cats were greatly amused as I groaned and sputtered during the planks and abdominal work! One of the little beasts literally lies on the couch laughing at me the whole time! I can see it in his eyes...really!

Cats are so judgemental. And vindictive. Sheesh. I miss my little Laya. But ya, good job! That's the kind of stuff I'm talkin about! You want to hit your goal sooner rather than later? Then ya gotta work your ass and eat right. Simple in thought, difficult in action... but that makes victory all that much more sweet. Like the blackberries I just ate. MMmmm...

OHhh - blackberries are one of the nightly fruitbowl favorites, along with pineapple and strawberries; and sometimes melon or grapes. I will be sad when winter comes here and I have to eat frozen or seasonal boring fruits.
