Starting again. I'm down 30 pounds from my original 327 pounds.
Reading the 17 Day Diet. Works for a lot a folks at the office, but we've low carb for years - so those changes won't be very effective for our efforts.
The 17 Day Diet is very similar to our current diet, but we've drift a bit and added carbs. The main difference will be that we stop carbs at night, add more fish and chicken in larger amounts and drop out the random carbs we've added - such as bananas to our smoothies, corn chips and occasional bread.
