Goodmorning to anyone out there that may be listening...

Ok, I am trying to start this thing up all over again... I have'nt been here since august,,, I have since gained and lost weight.. so I am proud of myself this past month or so, I am back in the gym with a friend who is a lot heavier then I am so we motivate each other, and I take what I have learned to help her...which motivates me more to try harder and give that extra.

As of 1/10/08 I was 202.6, 1/24/08 203.8, 2/7/08 200.06, 2/21/08 198.4, and as of 3/6/08 197.8..I am down 6 pounds..which makes me VERY happy, I do exercise and switch up with cardio , weights, and classes, tonight we will try pilates...

I have been watching what goes in my mouth,but, not really dieting.. I have a cup of herbal tea at night instead of eating.. I have noticed that when I am home and bored I eat,,, (all the wrong things!) I am learning and taking notice.. I do eat more whole wheats now, and always eat breakfast..

Its coming off slowly,but, at least its coming off..
My oldest son is getting married september 2009 I would like to be a firm lean 145 140 by then.. my daughter is graduating high school this june I would like to be around 170...

good goals I think...

Well i am off to work, so I will check in tomorrow and let you know how my pilates went....
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
