Spent 3 days in Baltimore for Johns Hopkins ARVD seminar / lotsa traveling and hard to eat well.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1531 kcal Fat: 48.85g | Prot: 76.62g | Carb: 208.68g.   Breakfast: Sliced Extra Crisp English Muffins, Reduced Fat Chunky Peanut Butter, Banana. Lunch: Red Delicious Apples, Grape Tomatoes, Baby Carrots, Starkist Solid White Albacore tuna, sweet pickle relish, light mayo, egg. Dinner: Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Marinated Seasoned Tilapia. Snacks/Other: Strawberries , Handi-snacks Vanilla Pudding , Whole Wheat Crackers, Baby Carrots, Red Delicious Apples, Light Swiss Original Cheese Wedges. more...
