I'm a little frustrated that my first week's weightloss wasn't bigger, because I'm so used to that from my past diets. However, I'm proud that I recorded my food just about every day, and went back to fill it in when I forgot. I am going to try to move more this week - not a great deal, just move more when I can, and keep up with the food journaling.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
