first workout in a month 15min cardio and 15 min body weight training I'm dripping in sweat no weight gain over the last month back to eating 1000cal per day from today lost almost 5kgs in my first round aiming for another 5 the next 8 weeks lets do this!
195.3 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
