Bwahahahaha!! Let's blame it on the Jameson and Jeager Bomb for dehydrating me. Although, after the 10 minutes of burpess I was sweating up a storm and then did my regular workout. Hmm....
175.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh yeah, maybe eating a few carbs has helped your weight loss ?? I did not do as well on the super high protein/low carb deal. Just a thought...

Hehe. Just found what my bod responds too. I think I get lighter when I drink too. Although, the liver might have something to say about that one! The ten mins of burpees was torture but it went by quickly. I havnt sweated that hard in ages! I plan on doing that once a week... at least :D I was thinking about dishing out some cash for a new bike on payday. This is definitely the weather for it here in the bay area! 70s around the whole SF bay area :P

Haha... now that you mention it, the other day, I atcually did drop a load and was a pound lighter! hahah! But no, no downloading since yesterday at 315p. ;D
