Went out with my love last night and did indulge, but I must say I think I did really well considering I always order the jumbo margarita and last night ordered michelob ultra instead. Yes it was a jumbo but instead of 22 ww points it was 9 for the beer. Yeah! And I got my butt up this morning and went on a 2.5 mi walk which I havent had the chance to do in quite a long time. Feeling great today!
164.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
