Holding steady - chocolate got me yesterday, a little too much fried chicken - - today breakfast hodge page eggs , turkey , broccoli, mushrooms , garlic , pepper butter lscrambled together - would have put no sugar marinara sauce on if hadn't put pepper on - shrimp chicken broccoli stir fry for lunch with cucumber slices - I hope to respond and thank all of you but slammed on every side of life at the moment - a couple things accompliced this week and am happy - about 10 to go unfortunately , but 1 at a time - YOU ARE DOING IT- GOD BLESS
