So, that occasional "crazy meal" just isn't worth it. If I'm going to do a "spike" day, I need to eat less on the other six days and make sure I don't eat foods I know make me sick. What on earth possessed me? It's Ok. Every single day is a fresh start.
227.6 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the reality check. I'm getting ready to travel and know I will be facing some of those "crazy meals" on the road. Need some strategy here! LOL
