Races last night , concert today - see family every 2 weeks it seems lol - ate yesterday walleye , salad , ranch , couple hard boiled eggs , diet soda , - races fun I put headphones on listen to fav music, bud couldn't go so I look like a freak jammin out watching races - going to festival with grateful dead band knockoff with buddy / work long right now - goalsto stay where at and reacting to mostly up gains - I hope everyone doesn't panic if you have s bad run / incorporate foods you are weak with once in awhile into your diet - keeps away from binging -,- for me ice cream , beer, pizza , candy are my worst - after a bad day, stir fry, fluids, less carb ls better more protein to burn extra fats - MUCH SUCCESS TO U ALL - pictures today of concert - Thanks for all the support-
193.6 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
