Been doing a Muscle Up Challenge so intentionally in a caloric surplus. According to my inbody scan a weight gained was muscle. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
180.1 lb Lost so far: 129.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
