Had only 1 cup of coffee for breakfast. Ate too much meat for lunch (too heavy). Drank a beer with dinner. At least I didn't gain any weight, and I'm very happy about my right index finger.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
